What You'll Be Doing
Support customers
by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment and systems in a timely and effective manner to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
, documenting all service activities accurately to maintain high equipment reliability and compliance.
Collaborate with application engineers and the plant team
to understand customer field complaints, address field quality issues, and provide technical solutions.
Use your technical skills in understanding end applications, hydraulic schematics, and system troubleshooting
to improve equipment performance and customer experience.
Continuously learn, update technical knowledge, and share insights

What We're Looking For
Diploma or Graduate Engineer with 3-8 years of hands-on service experience in industrial equipment installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of electronics and electro-hydraulic systems
, with proficiency in understanding hydraulic products and system behavior.
Ability to read, interpret, and work with hydraulic circuits, designs, and technical documentation independently and accurately.
Proven troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis experience
, including repair and service of hydraulic products and related components.
A problem-solving and continuous-improvement mindset
, along with clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
