Job Description

Responsibilities:

Installation and Configuration:

Setting up new attendance machines, including hardware installation and initial software configuration.

Hardware Maintenance:

Performing routine checks and physical repairs on devices like biometric scanners and card readers.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing and resolving issues related to the devices and associated software to ensure continuous operation.

Networking:

Assisting with network connectivity and data synchronization between attendance machines and central servers or cloud platforms.

Upgrades:

Participating in system upgrades, migrations, or equipment replacement projects as needed.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintaining detailed maintenance logs, repair records, and spare parts usage status.

On-site Issue Resolution:

Independently resolving technical issues that arise at various locations, which may involve travel.
