About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals for full-time positions as Service Engineers.

What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional service and technical support to clients Troubleshoot laser issues remotely and on site, repair and refurbish and optimise laser system performance Align free space lasers from start to finish, maintaining system specifications Execute the installation and commissioning of laser based systems at customer locations Management of spare parts inventory Attend training courses as required to maintain skill levels. What We're Looking For:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, or related) Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for technology Willingness to travel for service assignments A stable, committed professional who wants to build a lasting career Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
