We are urgently seeking a dedicated and hands-on Service Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various industrial machines, including perfume plants, pneumatic equipment, and tanks.
This role requires extensive travel to client sites across India and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
? Travel to customer sites for machine installation, setup, and commissioning.
? Perform routine maintenance and service on existing machinery.
? Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical faults.
? Manage the installation of perfume plant equipment and associated tanks.
? Train client operators on machine functionality and basic maintenance.
? Prepare detailed service reports after each site visit.
? Coordinate with the head office for technical support and spare parts.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications/ Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
? 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
? Freshers with strong practical knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills:
? Strong foundational knowledge of pneumatic systems (cylinders, valves, FRL units).
? Good understanding of mechanical systems and machine assembly.
? Basic knowledge of electrical systems (reading wiring diagrams, understanding motors/sensors).
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on-site.
? Excellent problem-solving skills.
? Must be willing to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.
? A valid passport (or the ability to get one immediately) is a major advantage.
