The role includes both on-site and remote technical support to ensure smooth system operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and test CCTV, fire alarm, PA, biometric, UPS, and networking systems
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime
Diagnose and replace defective components to restore systems promptly
Coordinate with project/sales teams for system handover
Maintain detailed service reports, logs, and records
Provide technical training and support to clients
Ensure timely closure of service requests as per SLAs
Assist in testing, demos, and quality inspections
Follow company safety and documentation standards
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field
Experience:
1-2 years in electronic system servicing (Freshers with strong technical aptitude may also apply)
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CCTV, fire alarm, access control, and PA systems
Knowledge of IP-based devices, NVR/DVR configuration, and networking
Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawings
Basic understanding of computer hardware and OS
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Effective communication and client-handling ability
Ability to work independently and in a team
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
Performance Metrics:
Timely completion of service calls
High customer satisfaction ratings
System uptime with minimal repeat issues
Accurate and complete service documentation
