Drives and electrical modules
Troubleshoot and resolve component-related issues reported by field teams or customers.
Analyze faults and provide timely
remote or on-site diagnostic support
(no installation).
Maintain detailed service logs, failure analysis reports, and customer communication records.
Liaise with internal teams (R&D, QC, Production) for technical resolutions and product improvements.
Train customer engineers, channel partners, and internal service staff on product usage and troubleshooting.
Support in
warranty evaluation
, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Collect and report feedback from the field for continuous product enhancement.
Qualifications:
B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering
OR
Diploma in Electrical Engineering
