Plan and modify products to meet customer needs in coordination with Principals.
Demonstration of Equipment operations to potential customers.
Recommend improved materials/spares or machinery to customers, showing howchanges will increase production.
Service and Support

To interact with clients regarding the utility requirements before machine installation on-site.
To install Quality testing equipments at customers' premises.
To trouble-shoot the problems at customer's facility and replace necessary spare/faulty part. To be able to read and understand machine electrical wiring diagram in order to trace down the faulty part.
To test equipment performance and demonstrates operation and servicing of equipment to customer.
To coordinate with Principals (Equipment manufacturers) in case of critical breakdown and to take necessary actions for trouble-shooting.
To analyse customer complaints in order to diagnose equipment malfunction.
Remote support to customers and to remotely identify the problem in the Equipment.
To recommend necessary spares/parts to customers on-site.
To prepare visit reports and necessary documents during and after the service visit.
To interact with client in explaining the problems occurred and rectification process.
