Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Leading team of service engineers to provide excellent after sales services to our customers using Supernova diesel gensets up to 1500 KVA and above

2. Managing timely services and meeting SLAs sign with customers.

3. Capable to build an organization with engineers who can install, commission, operate, maintain, trouble shoot diesel engine up to 2MW.

4. Knowledge of top overhauling and major overhauling of high horse power diesel engine is a must.

5. Additional knowledge of electric generators of up to 2MW, 415 Volts/11 KV.

6. Capable of overseeing DG synchronisation amongst each other and grid is a must.

7. Manage service documentation including reports, logs, and customer feedback.

8.Managing parts and labour revenue

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience of at least 4 years in the field of providing services to diesel genset customers.

Worked with Perkins / Cummins / Caterpillar preferred.
