Job summary

We are looking for a Service Engineer with a Diploma in

Mechanical / Electrical/Electronics

Engineering to join our team. This role involves providing technical support, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training for our industrial machinery globally. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment across various industries. This position requires frequent international travel to resolve technical issues and ensure optimal machine performance for our customers.

Responsibilities

Installation & Commissioning:

Install and commission machinery, ensuring proper setup, calibration, and testing according to specifications.

Troubleshooting & Repairs:

Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and software problems, repairing or replacing parts as needed.

Preventive Maintenance:

Implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend machine life.

Technical Support:

Provide support to customers, addressing issues and assisting with programming and software updates.

Training & Documentation:

Train customer staff on operation and safety, and prepare detailed service reports.

Customer Interaction:

Build customer relationships and work with the sales team to identify upgrade opportunities.

Safety Compliance:

Follow safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment.
Required skills and qualifications

Educational Background:

Diploma in

Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics

Engineering.

Experience:

At least 0-2 years of experience as a Service Engineer or Technician in the CNC or manufacturing industry.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of machine systems, mechanical components, and control systems, including the ability to read technical documents. Experience with machine tools, electrical systems, PLCs, and diagnostic tools.

Problem Solving:

Strong problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve technical issues.

Communication:

Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.

Customer Service:

Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.

Adaptability:

Ability to work independently or in a team in an international environment, with willingness to travel frequently (up to 80%).

Computer Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
