Job Responsibilities - Service Engineer

1. Installation & Commissioning
- Install, configure, and test medical equipment and related systems at client sites.
- Ensure smooth commissioning with adherence to technical standards and safety protocols.

2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Perform routine preventive maintenance as per schedule to minimize breakdowns.
- Diagnose technical issues and carry out timely corrective actions to restore equipment functionality.

3. Technical Support
- Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to customers and internal teams.
- Maintain detailed service logs, reports, and documentation of issues and resolutions.

4. Customer Training & Interaction
- Train end-users and hospital staff on equipment operation, safety, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain professional communication and build strong relationships with clients.

5. Compliance & Documentation
- Adhere to ISO 13485, CDSCO, and other regulatory requirements while servicing equipment.
- Document service activities accurately for audit and compliance purposes.

6. Spare Parts & Inventory Management
- Ensure availability of required spare parts, tools, and consumables.
- Coordinate with supply chain and service manager for inventory replenishment.

7. Escalation & Coordination
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or product specialists.
- Coordinate with manufacturing partners/vendors for complex repairs.

8. Field Visits & Travel
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai and other regions as required for service support.
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls and breakdowns.

9. Continuous Improvement
- Provide feedback to R&D/Production teams regarding recurring issues.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new equipment and technologies.

10. Reporting
- Submit daily/weekly service reports to the Service Manager.
- Track service KPIs such as Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and equipment uptime.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
