Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive

Service Engineer

to support our packaging equipment operations. The role involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery at client sites, with a strong focus on technical precision and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Install and commission packaging machines (FFS, shrink wrappers, conveyors, etc.) Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues Provide technical support both on-site and remotely Train client teams on machine usage and upkeep Maintain detailed service documentation Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery Ensure adherence to safety protocols Recommend performance-enhancing upgrades

Candidate Profile

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics 2-5 years' experience in industrial or packaging machinery servicing (freshers with relevant training may be considered) Familiarity with pneumatics, PLCs, sensors, and HMI systems Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Willingness to travel extensively (domestic/international) Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
