Service Engineer

Location:

Wagholi, Pune

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in the packaging machinery industry)

Compensation:

2 - 3 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work on the shop floor for the manufacturing of packing machinery. Assemble mechanical and electrical components of various types of packing machines. Perform testing and troubleshooting of machinery before dispatch. Conduct machine demonstrations and provide technical support to customers. Ensure proper packing and dispatch of machines. Prepare technical drawings and identify material/spare requirements. Coordinate with vendors for fabrication, welding, and machining. Execute panel wiring and understand control circuits. Maintain proper inventory control, documentation, and stock organization. Develop and manage manufacturing flow charts and technical documentation.

Key Skills:

Good knowledge of mechanical assembly, drilling, piping, and welding Proficient in electrical panel wiring, understanding circuits, and troubleshooting Familiarity with TLCs and other automation equipment is an added advantage Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to maintain records and handle documentation Good communication and customer interaction skills Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
