will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of Hydrofloty machines and other environmental equipment such as paint sludge separators, solvent recovery systems, and centrifuges. The role demands strong technical skills, customer interaction, and commitment to safety and equipment performance.
Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and test equipment including Hydrofloty Paint Sludge Removal Systems, Solvent Recovery Units, Oil Separators, and Centrifuges at client sites.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and promptly resolve any equipment malfunctions.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues effectively.
Provide training to customer personnel on equipment operations, safety protocols, and maintenance practices.
Deliver technical support and after-sales service to clients.
Maintain detailed service records and generate service reports.
Collaborate with design and production teams for product feedback and improvement.
Ensure adherence to safety and environmental guidelines during field activities.
Respond swiftly to service calls, ensuring minimal machine downtime.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing industrial equipment, preferably in the environmental machinery domain.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Hands-on experience with industrial filtration or paint shop equipment.
Familiarity with PLC and SCADA systems for automated equipment troubleshooting.
Ability to interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical manuals.
Certifications/Knowledge:
Understanding of safety standards and environmental compliance.
