Job Summary:

The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronic and telecom equipment at client sites, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in

installation and commissioning

of electronic/telecom equipment at client locations. Perform

routine maintenance and troubleshooting

of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Handle

basic software installation, updates, and configuration

on systems as required. Support in diagnosing technical faults and suggesting corrective measures. Maintain

proper documentation

of service visits, issues identified, and resolutions provided. Provide

technical support to customers

via phone, email, or on-site visits. Ensure compliance with safety standards during servicing. Coordinate with senior engineers for escalated issues. Attend training sessions to learn about new products and technologies.

Key Skills:

Basic understanding of

electronics, circuits, and telecommunications principles.

Knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and networking basics. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to read and understand technical manuals and circuit diagrams. Good verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to travel for on-site servicing.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication, Electronics, or related fields, OR BCA Graduate.

Fresher or up to 6 month

of experience

in a service/technical support role. Basic knowledge of MS Office for documentation.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel

within assigned regions. Possession of a

two-wheeler with a valid driving license

(if field work is required). Ability to work in a team and independently.

Pay: ?8,781.37 - ?20,000.00 per month
