Job Description

Position: Service Engineer

Experience: 2yrs to 3yrs

Reporting to: Service HOD

Education: Diploma/ITI/Graduate (mechanical field only)

Salary 20K to 23K

Installation

: Survey client premises to determine installation requirements, prepare equipment, and install and commission it

Maintenance

: Perform routine and preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment

Customer support

: Provide technical assistance, educate customers on troubleshooting, and address customer concerns

Documentation

: Maintain schedules, service reports, and other documentation

Safety

: Follow health and safety regulations, and promote proper safety procedures

Training

: Attend training events to stay up to date on the latest technology and repair options

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
