Job Summary

: The Service Engineer will be responsible for testing-commissioning service of high valued Technical products at site.

-Experience- 0 to 3 years

-Salary-Rs. 10,000-20,000 (Negotiable: As per skills/experience)

-After confirmation incentive, Bonus & other facilities will be applicable.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Willingly travel to customer sites for service work.

2. Work closely with the internal team to manage scheduling and logistics for field service visits.

3. Configure systems and integrate equipment with existing setups

4. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical or software issues.

5. Provide technical support via phone, email,online meet or on-site visits.

6. Train customers on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting.

7. Maintain a professional relationship with clients and ensure excellent service.

8. Complete service reports and document all work performed.

9. Provide feedback to the product development team on recurring issues & sales team for any future opportunities.

10. Stay updated on new products, technologies, and industry trends.

11. Participated in internal projects & training programs to improve product knowledge and technical skills.

Qualifications and Requirements :

1.

Electrical/Instruments

Diploma/BE/M.Tech Engineer

2. Any service experience at Power Plants/Sugar plants/Railways/Refineries/Steel plants/Transcos/Industries/Defense will be added value.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
