We are seeking

experienced Service Engineers

to join our growing team for the installation, service, and support of

CNC Router Machines

. The ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in servicing capital machinery and must be technically sound in both

hardware and software aspects

of CNC machines.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning:

Set up and commission CNC Router machines at client sites.

Troubleshooting & Repairs:

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.

Preventive Maintenance:

Perform routine checks and maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.

Customer Training:

Train clients on proper usage, safety, and maintenance procedures.

Technical Proficiency:

Understand blueprints, circuit diagrams, and technical manuals for installation and repairs.

Client Interaction:

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with end-users.

Travel Readiness:

Willing to travel frequently for on-site service and support at customer locations.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 3 years of experience in servicing

CNC Router

or similar machinery. Strong knowledge of

mechanical systems, electrical circuits, motion controllers, and machine software

. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Good communication skills and a customer-centric attitude. Must be open to

frequent travel

(local and outstation).
