Job Description

The Service Engineer is responsible for installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electronic appliances and devices . The role ensures high-quality after-sales service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and commission electronic appliances at customer locations Diagnose and repair technical issues in products such as TVs, mobiles, home appliances, and other electronics Perform routine maintenance and service checks Provide timely and effective after-sales support to customers Explain product usage and basic troubleshooting to customers Maintain service records, job cards, and reports accurately Follow company service standards and safety guidelines
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Service Engineer or Technician (preferred) Good technical knowledge of electronic appliances Willingness to travel Customer-focused attitude
