We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair packaging machines. The ideal candidate shall have a background in mechanical engineering diploma or degree, with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and set up packaging machines at customer sites.
Conduct regular maintenance and emergency repairs.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
Provide technical support and training to customers.
Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
Whenever in factory, assist in machine building. Give Demos, Pre-dispatch inspection etc.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively whenever required and work in various environments.
