Diagnose and resolve customer vehicle complaints with accuracy.
Manage warranty claims, documentation and coordination with OEM.
Prepare and update MIS reports, including daily performance, productivity and quality.
Monitor job card process, repair quality and delivery timelines.
Support advisors and technicians with technical guidance.
Coordinate with parts, body shop and customer relations teams for smooth operations.
Ensure adherence to service process standards, OEM guidelines and audit requirements.
Handle customer escalations and provide technical explanations.
Train technicians on new technologies and repeat complaint prevention.
Maintain warranty records and follow up on OEM claim approvals.
Requirements
B Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in service engineering or warranty is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics.
Good communication skills and computer proficiency.
Ability to prepare and analyse MIS reports.
Willing to work in a fast paced workshop environment.
