Urgent opening for Service Engineer- Solar company with Good salary, Attractive Incentives and Allowances

opening location: Palakkad, Kollam, Vatakara, Kochi/Ernakulam

Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, and service of solar rooftop systems Troubleshoot technical issues in solar inverters, solar panels, wiring, batteries, and associated components. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites. Attend customer complaints within the required SLA time. Perform electrical testing, system performance checks, and ensure proper safety measures. Coordinate with the service coordinator and update daily task status. Collect service-related documents, reports, and photographs from site visits. Educate customers on system usage, safety, and basic troubleshooting steps. Ensure proper installation standards and complete service documentation. Support the commissioning team when required.

Key Requirements:

Male candidates only.

Candidates from Palakkad circle preferred.

Must own a

two-wheeler with a valid driving licence

. Must be

willing to travel extensively

for field service. Immediate joiners preferred.

Skills & Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, EEE, Electronics, or related field. Hands-on experience in solar installation or electrical maintenance (preferred). Knowledge of solar systems, inverters, DC/AC wiring, and troubleshooting. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to work independently and manage field schedules.
