Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Service Engineer to handle the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machine hardware and software. The role involves on-site support, ensuring smooth functioning of machinery, and addressing technical issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, servicing, and maintenance of machines at client sites. Diagnose and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues in machinery. Conduct preventive maintenance checks and safety inspections. Coordinate with internal teams and clients for service scheduling and support. Maintain service reports and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with service standards.

Requirements

:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in machinery servicing and maintenance. Educational background in B.Tech, B.E, ITI, or a similar technical discipline. Proficient in identifying and resolving electro-mechanical and software-related issues. Must own a two-wheeler for travel to customer locations. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel as per job requirement (including outstation assignments).
