Job Description

• On-site technical support: Lead and perform installation, maintenance, and repair activities for power transformers.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics: Use advanced testing equipment to diagnose issues and identify effective solutions for transformer problems.
• Installation and commissioning: Oversee the successful erection, commissioning, and testing of transformers, including activities like oil filling and vacuum processes.
• Customer interaction: Handle customer complaints, provide technical support, and communicate with clients to meet their requirements.
• Documentation and reporting: Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities and prepare reports for quality assurance and compliance purposes.
• Safety and compliance: Ensure all site work adheres to industry standards, safety protocols, and company EHS guidelines.
• Team and manpower management: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of technicians and manage on-site manpower and contractors.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with factory departments, suppliers, and other cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure project completion.
