Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting tasks, providing field service support, delivering technical assistance, and conducting maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery. The professional will prioritize customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolutions to technical issues while collaborating with internal teams to maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

Expertise in Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and technical issues

Hands-on experience in Field Service and Technical Support

Proficiency in performing Maintenance & Repair operations

Strong Communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and team members

Ability to work independently and proactively in an on-site environment

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred

Previous experience in agricultural machinery or similar industries is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
