The Service Engineer will be responsible for service, repair, and troubleshooting of measuring instruments and related equipment. The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience with electrical and electronic systems, and the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently. The candidate should be a quick learner, proficient in documentation, and willing to travel across India for service support.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform service, repair, and calibration of measuring instruments and equipment.
Handle troubleshooting activities for field and in-house equipment.
Analyze and resolve technical issues of measuring instruments independently.
Provide technical support to customers and assist in resolving product-related complaints.
Prepare and maintain service reports and Minutes of Meeting (MOM) with customers.
Support installation and commissioning of products at client sites.
Maintain proper documentation of all service activities as per company standards.
Coordinate with the production and quality teams for technical updates and product improvements.
Exhibit strong computer literacy for reporting, communication, and data analysis.
Be willing and available to travel extensively across India for service assignments.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Diploma / B.E. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Languages: Hindi, English.
Experience: 0-3 years in service or technical support for measuring instruments / industrial equipment preferred. '
