Your tasks

Repair of T&M instruments assigned by team lead Learn new skills & technologies to improve technical tasks & take up new challenges To ensure On time repair of customer devices to meet service OTD Interface with customers, attended to their enquiry & support customers remotely for minor problems Daily update of ERP systems to be in line with service process To ensure all necessary spare parts are ordered on time to meet service KPIs Update team lead on daily activities & ensure necessary actions taken for escalated cases Receive regular feedback from team lead & work on corrective actions / improvements Complete Webinars & mandatory Web trainings on company polices on time Work in coordination with all team members & contribute to team output To work with finance, Admin & spare part handling team for on time settlement to avoid any delay Updating & rescheduling service notifications on a weekly basis & take necessary corrective & preventive action to avoid delays in service notifications tasks Send weekly time sheet to finance team and team lead Travel as & when require for onsite repair support at customer site Travel to provide support on AMC related activities at customer site Provide necessary technical information to CSR to update customer regularly - Collaborate with other departments & multi support work culture

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E / B Tech) with Electronics and Communication Discipline with 4-5 years of experience in Repair and Calibration Industry or experience in RF and MW service support industry Diploma with Electronics and Communication Discipline with 6-7 years of experience in Repair and Calibration Industry or experience in RF and MW service support industry Analytical problem-solving ability in fault finding and diagnostics Knowledge on RF and MW Basics, RF Power Measurements, Wireless technologies Experience in handling Test and Measurement devices in RF and MW Industry Hands on experience with troubleshooting and repair of Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators and Vector Signal Generators etc. Technical skills and knowledge to analyze the calibration result and take necessary action on repair / diagnoses of the device SAP working Knowledge/ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Pleasing personality, team player, good to handle customer relations - Stellar organizational and communication skills with proven experience in preparing and presenting information to senior management. High sense of urgency, responsibility, and drive for excellence. Skilled in MS Tools (like Word, PowerPoint and Excel) are essential. Interpersonal & inter departmental skills, result-oriented, a go getter High personal integrity, self - driven and ownership attitude. Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
