Conduct
diagnosis and root cause analysis
of equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor system performance and ensure
adherence to operational standards and safety protocols

Maintain detailed documentation of
service visits, maintenance logs, calibration records, and performance reports
.
Provide
on-site and remote technical support
to client teams during operational issues or planned maintenance shutdowns.
Coordinate with internal teams including design, quality, and supply chain to resolve field issues and implement improvements.
Assist in preparing
SOPs, risk assessments, and maintenance schedules
in compliance with industry and environmental regulations.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends in thermal and power engineering.
Key Skills and Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of
thermal power systems, mechanical/electrical equipment
, and energy systems.
Strong understanding of
HVAC, turbines, pressure vessels, combustion systems
, and control instrumentation.
Excellent
problem-solving and analytical
skills with an ability to work under pressure.
Good communication and client handling skills.
Familiarity with

Proficient in using
