Job Description

Responsibilities:

? Handle service operations of multi-functional devices pertaining to

copiers, currency machines, fitness sorters, laminators, shredders

? Demonstration, installation, maintenance, repairing and key operating training of MFD's to customers

? Provide technical support to customers

? Handle Customer Complaints

? Identify and resolve client concerns

? Generate service revenue through service contracts

? Maintain and establish current and potential client relationships

Qualifications:

? B.E. / B. Tech / I.T.I / Diploma in Electronics & Communication with 50 % or above marks

? Fresher can be consider but only diploma holders not B.E/B.TECH

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
