Qualifications: B.E. / Electrical Engineer

Experience: 1-2 Years' Experience in Same Industry

Location- Bangalore, Ahmedabad

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to join our team specializing in CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines. The Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machinery at client sites. This role requires strong technical skills, a solid understanding of CNC systems, and the ability to work independently while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and machine drawings. Install and commission capital machinery equipment at client sites. Conduct regular maintenance checks and service repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime. Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to provide technical support to customers. Keep accurate records of service reports, maintenance schedules, and equipment inventory. Proficiency & Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools, hand tools, and test equipment, electrical systems, PLC programming, and automation components. Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Service Engineer in the electrical and CNC industry Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, Electricals and pneumatics. Excellent problem -solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues. Willingness to travel as needed & travel in allocated area minimum 15-20 days in month
