This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interact with clients professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, calibrate, and commission instrumentation equipment at client sites.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with instruments and control systems.
Provide technical support and training to customers on product usage.
Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation.
Coordinate with the internal team for spare parts and technical upgrades.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company service protocols.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in service/maintenance of instrumentation (freshers with good knowledge may also apply).
Knowledge of calibration techniques, PLC/DCS systems, sensors, transmitters, and control systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel frequently to client locations.
