Service Engineer / Installation Engineer

for our reputed client in the Industrial Automation & CNC Machinery industry, located in Pune.

Position: Service Engineer / Installation Engineer

Location: Chakan MIDC, Nighoje, Pune.

Requisites:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or E&TC

1-5 years of hands-on experience in service and/or installation roles

In-depth product knowledge

Proactive attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction

Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, regional language(s), and basic English

Basic skills in email communication and MS Excel

Excellent time management

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Responsibilities:

Provide prompt service support to assigned customers

Ensure maximum uptime of machines through timely service

Commission machines in assigned regions within stipulated time and minimal costs

Enhance customer experience with effective service and coordination with the Head Office

Submit daily service reports and update the reporting manager with status updates and expense statements

Resolve complaints via phone and on-site visits

Understand client issues during visits and offer:

AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)

Consumables & spare parts monitoring

Ensure timely completion of tasks and achieve service targets

Offer and manage spare parts

Travel pan-India for service/commissioning activities as required.
