Experience:

-4-5 years with Tool Making / Tool Maintenance / Injection moulding Process & Mold Try-outs with troubleshooting.

Perform service activities like rework, modifications, repairs and installation of hot runner systems, and test them to ensure they are working correctly Provide technical support and training at customer site on how to use and maintain the system. Perform maintenance and provide customer support. Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them. Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed. Explain issues with HRS systems and repairs to customers Establish and develop a strong working relationship with customer. He will represent our company in the field. Comply with all safety procedures and policies established Actively interface with customers at all levels. Ensure customer satisfaction through verbal and written communication Project a positive and confident attitude focused on meeting and exceeding customer expectations Able to conduct formal meetings with customer management personal

Knowledge of various types of Polymers, e.g. PP, PC, PMMA, PBT, PA, POM, ABS, PC-ABS, PET Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills; capable of learning available analysis tools to solve Be able to work effectively both individually and with a group without need of direct supervision Provide occasional vacation coverage and 7 X 24 emergency support to customer and other technicians Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined space
