Job Description

We are looking for a Service Engineer for Plastic Injection Moulding Machines. Responsible for providing quality installations, maintenance, and repairs of plastic injection/extrusion equipment. Breakdowns will require troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components and circuits.

Tasks

Installation of Injection Moulding Machine Troubleshoot and repair Plastic Injection Moulding Machine. Provide technical support and training at customer site on how to use and maintain the system. Perform maintenance and provide customer support. Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them. Perform schedule preventative maintenance activities on Machine. Effectively interface with customers for trouble shooting issue of Injection Moulding machine. Evaluate and make recommendations regarding required spares and services.

Basic Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical / Plastic technology / Electrical. 5+ years of experience working with Injection Moulding Machines. Willingness to travel.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical understanding of mechanical components and machine operations.

Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of injection moulding machines.

Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Customer-focused attitude with good communication and reporting ability.

Ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
