Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, commission, and configure industrial printing systems at customer locations. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues in a timely manner. Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades according to service schedules. Provide technical support and training to end-users and operators. Document service visits, repairs, and part replacements in the CRM/service system. Liaise with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage spare parts inventory and order replacements when necessary. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. Provide remote support when applicable (phone, email, or remote desktop tools).

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering. 2+ years of experience in servicing industrial or large-format printers. Strong knowledge of printer technologies: inkjet, thermal, laser, etc. Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, servo systems, and industrial networking is a plus. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site. Valid driver's license (if applicable).
