You will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diagnostic machines, working closely with healthcare facilities, distributors, and internal teams to provide technical support and ensure optimal machine performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Installation and Maintenance: Install, set up, and maintain diagnostic machines at healthcare facilities, ensuring they are operating efficiently and meeting performance standards. 2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, both remotely and on-site, ensuring minimal downtime for the machines. 3. Repairs: Perform repairs and component replacements as needed, utilizing technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and spare parts to restore equipment functionality. 4. Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to proactively identify and address potential issues, thereby preventing breakdowns and disruptions. 5. Training: Provide training and technical support to healthcare staff and clients on the proper use and maintenance of diagnostic machines. 6. Documentation: Maintain accurate service records, reports, and logs of all service activities, including machine histories and spare parts inventory. 7. Customer Support: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address service inquiries, provide technical guidance, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 8. Quality Assurance: Comply with regulatory and quality assurance standards, ensuring all diagnostic machines meet safety and performance requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a service engineer, preferably in the medical field and with diagnostic machines. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
