1. SOP/SMP - 100% Adherence to the SMP and Technical guidelines.
2. RCA - 10 RCA per month (For all the Breakdown reported into particular Shift)
3. Tools and Tackles damage/discard register - 100% Immediate reporting with due evidence.
4. Job Card - 100% Adherence and signed copy of Job card should be present at site with all relevant supporting documents.
5. Damage Reports - 100% Damage reports signed copy with RCA should be documented on time.
6. Kaizen: 01 Kaizen per month
7. DSR Reporting with due verification - 100% Adherence in each shift.
8. HMR daily tracking and monthly picture capturing - Daily recording through DSR and Monthly through picture/Photograph - 100% Compliance on time
