Service Engineer (Residential)

We are looking for a

Service Engineer (Residential)

to handle field service activities related to

installation, breakdown, preventive maintenance (PM), and closure of service calls

. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and effective service delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Attend

service calls

related to installation, breakdown, preventive maintenance (PM), and timely closure of jobs

Communicate with clients, engineers, and technicians

to ensure effective service delivery

Monitor equipment and UPS performance

and implement preventive maintenance measures Conduct

quality assurance checks and safety inspections

at customer sites Coordinate with the

Customer Care team

to retrieve and update service call data Visit customers for

AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) generation and renewals

Arrange and attend

business meetings with prospective clients

to support revenue generation Maintain proper service reports, checklists, and documentation

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Bachelor's degree (any relevant technical discipline preferred)

Experience:

Experience in service engineering, UPS/equipment maintenance, or power systems preferred

Residence:

Candidate must be

residential in Imphal, Manipur

Willingness to travel locally for customer visits and service calls

Skills Required

Good

technical knowledge

of electrical/electronic systems and UPS Strong

communication and coordination skills

Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving ability Knowledge of

safety standards and quality procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
