- Respond to queries in person, via telephone or email
- Providing compliance & suggesting right model/product to the buyers/dealers
- Maintaining service/AMC/CMC records & pursuing
- B.Tech (Electronics or Biomedical)
- Knowledge of specific software programs, including Word, Excel, SAP etc.
- Able to work independently
- Friendly and professional demeanour
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
