Job Title: Service Engineer - Hydraulics Machines

Location: Across Madhya Pradesh (Travel to customer sites as required)

Experience: Fresher to 5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to handle installation, servicing, and maintenance of our hydraulic machines across Madhya Pradesh. The role involves customer-site visits, troubleshooting, repairs, and ensuring smooth functioning of company products.

Key Responsibilities

Install, commission, and test hydraulic machines at client locations.

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of hydraulic equipment.

Diagnose faults in hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, hoses, and power packs.

Conduct routine inspections and ensure machine performance meets standards.

Provide technical support and service to customers on-site.

Prepare service reports, documentation, and feedback after each visit.

Coordinate with the internal team for spare parts, tools, and service requirements.

Train customers on basic machine operations and maintenance practices.

Maintain good customer relations and ensure timely service delivery.

Travel across MP wherever the company's machines are installed.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and mechanical components.

Ability to read mechanical drawings and circuit diagrams.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Communication skills for customer handling.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.

Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply.

Experience in hydraulics / industrial machine servicing is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
