are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled

Sales and Service Engineer

for our

Fiber Laser Cutting Machine

division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both pre- and post-sales activities, including client consultations, machine demonstrations, installations, training, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell fiber laser cutting machines to industrial clients. Provide technical support during the sales process, including product presentations and demonstrations. Install and commission machines at client sites. Conduct operator training and ensure successful handover. Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and service contracts. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or servicing of Laser cutting machines. Strong understanding of laser cutting technology. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
