Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced and dedicated

Service Engineer

to join our technical team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of

5 years of experience

in servicing CNC laser/plasma cutting machines and welding systems. The role involves machine installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and client support.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, commission, and service CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machines, Plasma Cutting Machines, and Welding Equipment at client sites. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues efficiently. Conduct preventive maintenance checks and ensure optimum machine performance. Provide training and technical guidance to machine operators and maintenance staff. Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and customer feedback documentation. Coordinate with the R&D and production team for recurring technical issues. Ensure safety compliance and best practices during all fieldwork. Willingness to travel for on-site service across India.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience

in servicing CNC and/or industrial welding machines. Strong understanding of machine mechanics, electronics, pneumatics, and PLC systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and circuit diagrams. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Self-motivated, customer-focused, and a team player. Flexibility to travel and work extended hours when required.
