Job Description

Perform maintenance and corrective services for installed solar products Provide on-site and off-site preventive & breakdown maintenance Assist in installation and commissioning of equipment Attend and resolve customer complaints and technical issues Diagnose problems, analyze findings, and implement solutions Coordinate with technical sales engineers and support teams Train customers on product usage and basic maintenance Repair, test, and maintain solar equipment Monitor product performance and maintain service records Prepare service reports and provide customer feedback Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Share recurring issues and customer feedback with management Support product improvement through field feedback
