Perform installation of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and other components as per technical standards.
Ensure proper commissioning, testing, and handover of solar systems to customers.
Maintain installation quality as per company guidelines and industry safety norms
Conduct regular preventive maintenance visits for installed solar systems.
Diagnose and resolve faults in inverters, panels, wiring, and monitoring systems.
Ensure quick response time to service complaints and minimize system downtime.
Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and warehouse teams for smooth workflow.
Support junior technicians and guide them on technical tasks.
Participate in team training, product learning, and skill development programs.
Follow electrical safety standards and company safety policies at all job sites.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices during installation and maintenance.
Identify potential hazards and report safety risks immediately.
