Job Description

Job Title: Field Service Engineer - Equipment (Kitchen / Industrial)

- Carry out on?site repair, installation and commissioning of equipment.

- Troubleshoot faults, identify root causes and resolve issues in a single visit.

- Proactively study customer complaints and plan resolutions.

- Submit regular, timely reports for all service visits.

- Raise indent requests for required spare parts.

- Keep up?to?date with new equipment and components.

- Communicate clearly with customers about issue status and estimated resolution time.

- Pitch Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to every client.

Required Skills

- In?depth knowledge of the equipment being serviced.

- Basic electrical and mechanical engineering knowledge.

- Good communication skills for customer interaction.

Experience

- 2?5 years in equipment/machine/kitchen industry (preferred).

Qualification

- Diploma, Graduate or ITI in Electrical/Mechanical (or related field).
