Job Description

Carry out

on-site installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair

of submersible and self-priming pumps and motors. Inspect and verify

warranty status

for each service case before initiating repair/replacement. Approve and process

service bills

, ensuring alignment with service logs, warranty terms, and company policy. Maintain detailed records of service visits, customer complaints, and technical issues. Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams regarding service schedules and status. Coordinate with the ASC team for customer feedback, service resolutions, and follow-ups. Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to the product and design teams for quality improvement. Train junior technicians and ensure safety and service standards are followed at all times. Monitor inventory of spare parts, and coordinate procurement as needed for service calls. Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service and professional conduct.
