Job Title - Service engineer

Experience - 2-4 years

Qualification - ITI

Notice period - 15 days

Location - Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Commissioning

- Install and commission UV systems at customer sites according to specifications and safety guidelines.

- Conduct site surveys and prepare installation plans.

2. Maintenance and Repair:

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of UV equipment to ensure optimal performance.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, performing repairs as needed.

- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

3. Customer Support:

- Provide technical support to customers regarding UV systems operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

- Train customers on equipment usage, safety procedures, and best practices.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance activities.

- Prepare service reports and documentation for internal and customer use.

5. Quality and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

- Adhere to regulatory requirements and environmental health and safety guidelines.

6. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in UV technology through training and professional development.

- Recommend improvements in service procedures and contribute to product development based on customer feedback.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work outside regular office hours as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
