Position: Service Engineer - Smart Door Lock Products
Job Summary: The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing field services, including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of smart door lock products. This role involves extensive travel to customer sites, and petrol allowance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and Setup:
Install and configure smart door lock products at customer locations.
Test and ensure proper functionality post-installation.
Troubleshooting and Repair:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Provide on-site support and repairs when required.
Customer Support:
Educate customers on product usage and maintenance.
Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
Maintenance and Inspections:
Conduct regular preventive maintenance and inspections for optimal product performance.
Document service visits and keep accurate maintenance records.
Reporting and Feedback:
Prepare service reports post-visit and share insights with the team for product improvement.
Provide customer feedback to the relevant departments for continuous development.

Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Experience in servicing smart lock products or similar devices (preferred).
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively.
