About the Role:

The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, servicing, and maintenance of manufacturing machinery. The role requires interaction with clients, handling breakdown calls, and ensuring smooth machine operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and commission machinery at client sites. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance. Diagnose mechanical issues and resolve them efficiently. Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation. Provide basic training and operational support to customers. Coordinate with the internal team for parts, scheduling, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Strong understanding of mechanical components and machine operations. Ability to troubleshoot issues independently. Comfortable with field visits and customer interactions. Strong communication and time-management skills.

Experience:

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
