Reporting To: National Product Support Manager / General Manager
Responsibility: First level technical support of full room DR Systems (DK medical),
AeroDR TX m01 DDR, Alerio Portable X Ray & Lilac Mammography System for Pan India.
:
1. Installation and Commissioning for above said new Products along with Fse's.
2. Provide end-user training on equipment operation and maintenance during PMS
and breakdown service.
3. Remote Support to End-user / Fse's during any breakdown calls.
4. Need to support for the Product Cannibalization / Testing / Demonstration
whenever required.
5. Coordination with regional service team and Sales for any technical support
issues related to service.
6. Supporting West region local day-day field / pms calls, whenever there is no work
with DR systems.
7. Adhere to time-bound service schedules with strict quality standards.
8. Maintain proper documentation and reporting for all service activities.
9. Update service records and activities in the CRM system.
10. Prepare and submit installation reports, breakdown reports, service contracts,
and performance certificates (hard and soft copies) and other official
documents as per requirement.
11. Ensure proper and timely replacement of service parts to customers & ensure to
return of defective parts promptly with proper documentation.
12. Execute any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
