This is a full-time on-site role for a Service/Sales Engineer located in Thrissur. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise during the sales process, understanding customer requirements, and developing tailored solutions. The role involves actively engaging with clients to promote products and services, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing technical inquiries. Additionally, the Sales Engineer will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and help achieve company sales goals.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service practices
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
Engineering degree or equivalent technical background is preferred
Experience in Excavator heavy industries is an added advantage
